The property boosts 2 acre corner property with lush landscaping , a generac back up generator, whole house water filtration & central air and heat . Guest access Guests will have full use of the entire property, except shed and one locked closet in the master bedroom Guests will also have use of the community amenities. Up to 8 wristbands are given with the packet. The amenities include clubhouse, pool, lake access, basketball court, tennis courts and pickleball courts. Up to 4 car passes. Car pass is needed to take trash and recyclables to compactors across from the office teepee. Other things to note -Towamensing trails DOES require the guest to be registered prior to arrival to use the amenities. We will reach out prior to arrival to request the required information. - Guest passes are required to access the community amenities on-site. These passes and fees are included in the community fee. - Guests are responsible for bringing trash to community compactors, we do have wildlife, and this is a preservation community we want to respect the wildlife. ** Extra charges will be applied for garbage left behind** -Per permitting rules, we are allowed to only have a maximum of 4 cars on the property, please plan ahead. - This is a residential neighborhood, so please respect our neighbor's security is present please follow all speed limit signs and community rules ** The guest will be held responsible for any citations issued during their stay. - Each reservation is provided one starter package of 1 roll of paper towels, 3 garbage bags, one new dish sponge, and three laundry and dishwasher pods for most stays. A limited supply of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash is stocked in each bathroom. Each bathroom includes one toilet paper roll on the roller and under the sink. - The property requires stairs to living area and decks
