Come stay at our historic 100+ year-old home located in central Poughkeepsie. Each room in this 5 bedroom house is colorful and perfect for a getaway to the Hudson Valley, graduation from one of the renowned universities, business travel, or a family trip. We're located in a quiet tree-lined neighborhood that is central to universities, businesses, restaurants, and other wonderful places that Poughkeepsie and the Hudson Valley have to offer. The space Our property is on a quiet, treelined street. We have a little over an acre of land that is on a double lot with more privacy. Please do not venture out into our lovely neighbor's yards! Guest access You'll have full reign of the house on the main floor and upstairs. Please do not go into the basement or attic, as there are still building materials lying around that could be dangerous. There is an upstairs deck, please be careful if you are up here as the railings are a bit loose. Do not leave children unattended up there. We recommend the lanai to relax on which is our screened in porch downstairs. Other things to note We do ask that guests adhere to the hours set for quiet time outside and also on the porch which are: Sunday – Thursday 9pm Friday – Saturday 11pm We have a Peloton bike that guests are allowed to use. Please no playing on the bike and it is set up to take classes but you will need cycling shoes to clip into the bike for safety. We have shoes available in 2 sizes.
