A few things to know before you arrive: Insects & outdoors: This is a true lakeside property — wildlife and insects are part of the experience. We treat regularly and provide bug spray, but we cannot guarantee an insect-free environment. Refunds are not available for bugs or weather. Water conditions: Lower Turtle Lake is river-fed, meaning water levels and clarity can vary naturally and unexpectedly. We'll always keep you informed of anything we know about, but lake conditions are outside our control. Water safety: Life jackets are provided. All guests, especially children, should exercise caution around the dock and lake. Guests assume responsibility for their own safety and the safety of their group during water activities.
