The space First Floor: Living Room: A cozy area with an oversized couch, two comfy chairs, a TV, and windows looking out to the front porch and marina. Kitchen: Fully equipped galley-style kitchen with a gas range, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Dining Area: Situated between the living room and kitchen with four-person seating. Laundry Room: A full-size washer and dryer are in a closet near the dining area. Bedroom 1: This bedroom features a queen bed, two nightstands with lamps and charging stations, a dresser, a closet, and a TV. It has a view of the backyard and the rear patio area. This bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom that also serves as the downstairs bathroom. Second Floor: Master Bedroom: This room is equipped with a king bed, two nightstands with lamps and charging stations, a built-in dresser within the closet, a desk, and a TV. It shares a bathroom with the third bedroom and offers stunning views of the marina and downtown through large windows. Bedroom 3: This bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bunk bed above it. It also includes a dresser, reading lamps, a charging station, and a TV. Like the master bedroom, it offers views of the downtown area. Bathroom: Shared between the master bedroom and the third bedroom. It has separate vanity and shower areas. Outdoor Spaces: The highlight of The Porch at Fort Pierce is its expansive front porch, designed for relaxation and socializing. Guest access Before your arrival, you will receive a unique access number to the combination smart lock. The number will allow you to access the electronic lock at the front door. Other things to note There is one on-site parking space available. Additional parking is available in a grass lot approximately 125 feet to the north on 2nd Street. A free public parking garage is also located 2.5 blocks from the home. There is an additional one-bedroom, one-bath apartment separate from the home but located on the other side of the same building. "The Old Apartment" can be rented in conjunction with The Porch at Fort Pierce or may be occupied by other guests. The Florida East Coast Railway is positioned 215 feet from the rear of the home. While train noise is audible, it is not drastically noticeable inside the home.
