For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.** Other things to note Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival. The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $150: late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy. The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.
