Close to I-65 and minutes from Smith Lake Park/Boat Ramp. Our home is perfectly located directly on the lake and 15 minutes from the city of Cullman. Outdoor outlets for fisherman & plenty of space for parking trailers/boats. We have an amazing outdoor kitchen. *Water levels are low from Late Aug-Feb.* Inside our home you will find 3 bedrooms w/ King beds, 2 twin mattresses (stored in the Master Closet) that can be put on floor if needed, and 2 full baths. The space Our lake home is located directly on Smith Lake and only 12 minutes from I-65. We have a Dollar General 2 miles away and a gas station 1 mile away. We are 15 minutes from the city of Cullman, which has several restaurants and stores. We are 5 mins from Smith Lake Park. We have outdoor outlets for boaters with plenty of parking available. The Outdoor Kitchen has a fridge, propane grill, 2 propane heaters, seating for 12, and a Smart TV. We do have a ramp on the front, but the inside of our home is not handicap friendly. *Water levels are low from Late Aug-Feb.* Guest access You have full access to our home and outdoor kitchen. Other things to note Dock and Water are swimmable. Dock has ladder for easy access.
