The space This elegant One bedroom apartment is perfect for a couple or single traveler alike and features stylish design finishes and offers high speed free WIFI throughout as well as air conditioning. All household amenities are also provided to ensure a comfortable stay. The open plan living and dining area features a fully equipped open plan kitchen with a fridge, oven, stove and dishwasher. There is a modern dining table to seat four. The living area has a comfortable sofa, smart TV and furnished balcony as well as a separate laundry cupboard. The bedroom has a King-sized bed to accommodate a maximum of two guests with a separate full bathroom that is stocked with hotel grade towels and bathroom amenities and a toiletry starter pack. Guests can enjoy the facilities that the building offers such as a swimming pool and state of the art gymnasium. Other things to note House Rules and Guidelines In order to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, it is important to adhere to the house rules and guidelines set forth for this apartment. The standard check-in time is 3:00 PM, and the check-out time is no later than 11:00 AM. Please keep in mind that the included cleaning fee covers the apartment cleaning after your stay. If additional cleaning is needed during your stay, it can be arranged at an extra fee. While a starter pack of toiletries is provided for your convenience, consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products, and additional toiletries are not supplied in the apartment.
