The Kite Beach House is a brand new home only 2 minute's walk from the northern end of Cocoplum Beach, Exuma, one of the loveliest beaches on earth. Kite pristine waters or just lounge on the beach. Short walk to several bars and restaurants. The property is fully solar-powered and features soaring ceilings, oversized glass sliding doors, polished concrete walls and warm stained wood. Enjoy the chef's kitchen, heated (extra charge) pool, hot tub, home theatre and widow's walk deck. The space 2 bedrooms upstairs, one king with ensuite master bath and outdoor shower, the other with queen and bathroom across the hall. Queen sleeper sofa in living room. Additional sleeping quarters in playroom downstairs (XL twin over queen bunk bed) but note access is from circular staircase outside sliding door by the kitchen and no bathroom down there.
