Additional guests are $25 per person per night, with a maximum of 6 guests allowed. Please ensure the guest count in your booking is accurate. * Our rates are subject to change daily due to dynamic pricing. We cannot honor previous day's prices. * Our cancellation policy is strictly enforced. We recommend purchasing travel insurance during booking to protect your stay. * We allow one complimentary date change if requested more than 30 days before your check-in date. Otherwise, date changes are not permitted. **House Rules:** * Quiet hours are strictly enforced by the HOA between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. * Parties and events are strictly prohibited (with a $500 fine). The maximum occupancy of 6 guests is strictly enforced. This property is not suitable for parties due to proximity to neighbors. * Smoking of any kind is prohibited anywhere on the property, including all outdoor areas. * Use of the fire pit is prohibited during burn bans. * Due to liability and our API connection, a signed rental agreement and a copy of your driver's license are required at the time of booking. * A $500 security hold will be placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, pending a damage inspection. * Signing the rental agreement is required upon booking. * The property is monitored by three exterior cameras for liability purposes and to ensure compliance with house rules: one at the front door, one at the driveway, and one on the back deck.
