Outside, enjoy the deck and pool with a shaded gazebo, a fully heated hot tub for 4, and an outdoor shower—plus full bathrooms inside the Casita. Guest access Guests have full access to most of the property, including the Casita, horse corral and barn, RV parking area, and all shared outdoor spaces. Please note that the front and back patios of the Main House are off-limits, as they are reserved for long-term tenants. The Bank and Barbershop building is also locked and used for storage. You’ll receive a personalized access code for the Casita, as well as for the gates to the barn and RV area, if needed. Other things to note The Dirty Goat Saloon is open for guests to relax and enjoy, featuring a bar, air conditioning, and a poker table. The General Store offers additional fun and comfort with its own A/C unit, mini-fridge, microwave, two arcade games, pool table, mini bar, daybed, and seating area. You’ll also find extra pet supplies and children’s essentials if needed. All guests are welcome to use the outdoor shower before or after swimming. It’s equipped with heated water, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. Horses and RVs are welcome with prior approval and an additional nightly fee.
