Gated Security: For your peace of mind, the complex offers optimal security and private beach access. Suitability: Perfect for a family getaway or a couples retreat. Please note, no smoking is allowed. Pet Policy: The owner gladly considers one small, non-shedding dog (under 45 pounds) that is housebroken and crated when left alone. A non-refundable pet fee of $75 per night applies, with a maximum of $225. Please note that there are no exceptions to this policy (large or shedding breeds like retrievers may not be the best fit). Occupancy and Pricing: The listed pricing includes accommodation for up to 6 guests. Sleeping arrangements: The master suite boasts a luxurious king-size bed, while Bedroom 2 also offers a king-size bed for added comfort. Additionally, the living room features a full-size sleeper sofa, ensuring ample space for a peaceful night's rest for all guests. Seasonal Pool Heating: The Hoa ensures the swimming pool is heated for a week before and after Thanksgiving, Christmas/New Year, and from Memorial Day through Labor Day. The spa remains heated year-round for your enjoyment.
