The space The Turtle Nest is delightfully adorable. Our condo is located on the top floor offering elevated views and ocean breeze from the balcony. Inside, you'll find a cozy and airy living space with at 65in Roku TV, a full kitchen, and bar seating perfect for unwinding after a day of sun and surf. The simple coastal decor and natural light create a beachy ambiance that instantly puts you in relaxation mode. The full bathroom is located conveniently in the hallway for easy access to all parties. At the bottom of the stairs is an outdoor shower to wash your feet and beach toys before headed up stairs. Guest access Our guests will have full access to the condo. The day before your arrival we will message you with check-in details. We are owner operated! No meeting for keys just arrive at the front door! We are real people with real jobs just like you! Other things to note EXTRAS supplied for your reservation: ✦Every reservation the house comes equipped with 6 keurig coffee cups, single serving creamers, sugars and stevia, and a few snacks for your arrival. Please let us know if there are any special occasions. -All bed linens are provided for beds and sleeper sofas. -Bath towel set per person included: 1 bath towel, 1 washcloth and 2 hand towels in each bathroom. (We do not supply beach towels so we suggest bringing your own or they can be purchased locally as a souvenir.) -We supply a starter of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. -Basic amenities starter pack: 1 roll of kitchen paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 kitchen garbage bags, dish soap, a sponge, handsoap, and some laundry detergent to get you started. If you need more for a longer stay, you will be able to find everything you need at the local grocery a few minutes from the condo. ✦Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. ✦Camera is located in the ring doorbell, facing away from the inside of the apartment. It does not record 24/7. It is only motion activated and will record audio/visual once there is movement. It will stop recording when movement has stopped. Camera is not reviewed or monitored unless there is an emergency or damage to review. Our lives are very busy, therefore we have zero interest in watching you on camera. Everything is stated above because Airbnb makes us say this. ✦Our condo is located in a lively neighborhood with families nearby and in other units of the building. You may occasionally hear noise from upstairs, including children playing, throughout the day, for your comfort we have supplied earplugs. Please consider this when booking if you prefer a quieter environment. ✦To gain entry into the condo you will need to walk up 2 flights of stairs. There is not a working elevator for this property. ✦Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be canceled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed. THE RED TAPE: - QUIET TIME 10:00pm - 3 Human Max - 2 designated parking spaces - No pets without prior written consent. Unauthorized animals caught on property will result in a $500 fine. - We do not send maintenance to the property during your stay. Only after you depart unless is it a cause for concern. - No late check-out or early check-in without 24 hours written consent notice. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $50.00 dollars for the first half hour and $100.00 for each subsequent half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property. - No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god/mother nature/bugs/neighbors and neighborhood activity or other things that are beyond our control. - Absolutely no fires inside or out. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages. - This is a non-smoking property. If you smoke inside the home you will be charged $1000. You will be charged an increase in cleaning fee, and you will be charged for any damages. -We highly recommend that guests consider obtaining travel insurance to protect all travel plans, including your Airbnb stay, in case unforeseen circumstances arise and disrupt your trip.
