Just a stones throw away from the renowned Faylor Lake Disc Golf Park, this is the ideal spot to relax, unwind and enjoy the great outdoors. Our property is also a quick drive from the Beaver Springs Dragway and located just an hour’s scenic drive down Route 45 from the Penn State football stadium, especially stunning in the fall. The space In addition to the full bath upstairs, a unique feature of this old farmhouse is the “Pittsburgh Potty” featuring a toilet and shower, located in the basement just inside the walk-in entrance for use after a muddy day at the lake or stream. Guest access Guests have access to all areas of the home except the attic space and one owner’s closet. Guests may also utilize the grassy lawn and access the Middle Creek from the property.
