Welcome to “The Roost” Guesthouse at Thomley’s Farm. If you are a Christmas Tree customer you might know this building as our Gift Shop. In 2023 we renovated the space and could not be more happy with the outcome. Nice big shower, King sized bed, Twin & Trundle. Electric fireplace & the cutest custom kitchenette. Lots of natural light & privacy when you want it. This front porch is central to the happenings on the farm. You are next door to the Glassblowing studio and goats down the hill. The space This is an Open Floor Plan Apartment with a half wall separating the King bed from the Twin & Trundle Twin. It’s 680sq ft of cozy living surrounded by a beautiful farm that is 1.5 miles from town. Guest access Pull right up to your front porch & park. You made it! Now wander through the Christmas trees and down to the goat barn. Don’t forget to go inside and sleep on band new really comfy sheets & mattress. DoorDash some dinner & have a nice quiet night on the front porch with a book or Netflix and chill. Choose your own adventure:) Other things to note Thomley Farmers Market is the last Saturday of the month April-August from 10-2. we do our very best to maintain your privacy. However, the Roost is in the middle of the action. If you like, homemade bread, vegetables, handcrafted goods, and handmade items, perhaps it’s a dream come true to have a Market right outside your door. The roost is so NEW we do not allow dogs. Big or small… no dogs. The Farmhouse also on the property Does allow dogs. Due to AirBnb’s peculiar service animal policy, we cannot deny you a certified service animal. It’s an interesting policy. It even includes miniature horses. Papers or not, please do not show up with a miniature horse 😂
