Shopping and dining are within 2 miles as well as beautiful parks and outside recreation areas! Welcome! The space This apartment is on the back of a house. The house has a full time tenant but, don’t worry! You’ll have complete privacy! You’ll share a driveway with the tenant so please note that only ONE car is allowed to park in the driveway Other cars can park at the church directly across the street. Guest access You’ll have access to the entire apartment, back yard and locked storage building in the back yard. Other things to note We are happy you chose your stay with us! Please remember that there is a full time tenant that lives in the house up front so please be respectful of the quiet hours of 10pm-8pm. No parties, please! No smoking/vaping allowed inside! Please use ash tray outside in the back yard to dispose of your cigarettes. NO cigarette butts on the ground, please!
