Located just 2 minutes from Safe Harbor Puerto Del Rey marina, 10 minutes from Playa Los Machos, and 12 minutes from Playa Medio Mundo, this retreat offers breathtaking sunsets and easy ferry access to Vieques and Culebra. Our penthouse features three bedrooms: one with two twin beds, another with a queen bed, and a colorful children’s room with two small beds. 2. The terrace offers panoramic views, a dining table for four, reclining chairs, board games, a domino table, BBQ, modern TV platforms, and a hammock. 3. On the first floor, the balcony is perfect for enjoying birdsong and the serene surroundings. 4. The fully equipped kitchen includes two full bathrooms, access to an Olympic pool, gym, and a laundry room with washer and dryer, with detergents provided. 5. Additionally, we offer three folding tables located in one of the rooms, a beach cooler, beach chairs, and on the second floor, a high-top dining set for four. Guest access Guest Access: Guests have full access to the entire penthouse, including: • Living Room: Features a comfortable L-shaped sofa, a TV with streaming platforms (Disney Channel, HBO, Apple TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime), blackout curtains, and tasteful decorations. Under the TV, you’ll find board games, emergency candles, lights, and magazines. - A closet near the balcony offers raincoats, hats, a beach cooler, umbrella, beach wraps, and a hammock. The room is equipped with two ceiling fans, air conditioning, and a key holder with entry and exit codes. Dining Areas: • First Floor: Dining table for four. • Second Floor (Gazebo Area): High-top table with four chairs. • Kitchen: Fully equipped with Ninja blenders, air fryer, coffee maker (with coffee), toaster, quality spices (including sea salt and pepper), various utensils (corkscrew, lemon squeezer, cutting boards, knives), matches, glassware, plates, cups, kitchen towels, paper towels, trash bags, slow-closing trash can, refrigerator (stocked with complimentary water and local beer), ice trays, whisks, bowls, stove with oven, microwave, first aid kit, fire extinguisher, dish drying area, and more. • Laundry Room: Washer and dryer, clothespins for air drying, lint roller, step stool, extra candles, laundry detergents, household cleaning supplies, cleaning cloths, water bucket, broom, dustpan, mop, sink with hose, laundry basket, drain hair remover, and other household care items. • Hallway Closet: Domino table with four legs (dominoes are under the TV), four adult chairs, BBQ grill with necessary tools (cleaning spatula, charcoal, lighter fluid), extra paint, spare tiles, and two beach chairs. • Bathroom #1: Mirror, toilet, drawers with extra small towels, alcohol, hydrogen peroxide, towel rack, air freshener spray, hair spray, extra toilet paper, sunscreen, scented spray, shower with hot and cold water, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, trash can, shower curtains, decorations, and bath mat. • Bedroom #1: Two twin beds, lamp, A/C, closet, drawers, ceiling fan, rug, and blackout curtains. • Main Bedroom (Bedroom #2): Queen bed, ceiling fan, floor fan, scented and regular candles, lamp, blackout curtains, closet, chest, extra towels, beach towels, en-suite bathroom with shower, towel rack, two mirrors, two sinks, hairdryer, body oil, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, shower curtains, decorations, trash can, and air freshener spray. • Bedroom #3: Beautifully decorated small beds with pillows, lamp, rug, closet with three aluminum tables, extra toilet paper, towels, floor fan, and blackout curtains. • First-Floor Terrace: Smoking area with three chairs, decorative table, and hooks for hanging the hammock (located in the main living room closet). Spiral stairs lead to the second floor. • Second Floor: Two sun loungers, high-top table for four, water hose, gazebo area, and open-air space.
