Ample private parking with two EV chargers, and 1gb/1gb fiber internet. There are 4 bedrooms, three upstairs and one downstairs. There is a large kitchen, with an open floor plan to the dining and living room area. Downstairs there is a gameroom, and a TV room. Guest access You will have the house to yourself, along with a large secluded back yard.
