Main Level: As you step through the front door, you’ll find a serene bedroom to your left, complete with a queen-size bed, a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, a walk-in closet, and a work desk for those who need to balance leisure with productivity. To your right is a versatile office space accessed through double doors (without locks), featuring a cozy queen-size Murphy bed. This space does not have a private bathroom but is conveniently located near the half bath in the hallway. Continue down the hallway past the thermostat and half bathroom on your left and the laundry room on your right. You’ll arrive at an inviting open-concept living space. Here, a full-size kitchen, dining area, and a comfortable living room with a sofa bed await. Step outside to the patio, where outdoor dining furniture and a grill overlook a spacious, private backyard. Enclosed by a 6-foot privacy fence and an automatic gate, the backyard ensures your privacy while offering a garage equipped with a 240V outlet for EV charging (bring your portable cable). There is a small firepit in the backyard for your enjoyment. There are two chairs next to it or feel free to bring the patio chairs. Just return after use for our next guests. Upper Level: Head upstairs to find three thoughtfully designed bedrooms and an upstairs thermostat for personalized comfort. The primary suite on the right is a luxurious retreat with a queen-size bed, a TV, and a quiet workspace. The ensuite bathroom features a walk-in shower, a relaxing bathtub, and a spacious walk-in closet. The two additional bedrooms each offer queen-size beds and private walk-in closets. These rooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a walk-in shower. While all bedrooms feature room-darkening curtains, please note that the two Jack-and-Jill bedrooms have one high window (as shown in the photos) that allows natural light to filter in without coverings. Relax on the front porch rocking chairs and take in the peaceful view of the front yard, a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the tranquility of the neighborhood. The neighborhood is peaceful and inviting, perfect for morning runs, leisurely walks, or simply enjoying the serene surroundings. Kindly do not open locked owner cabinets nor the outdoor shed located behind the garage. Other things to note MAXIMUM OFFUPANCY OF 12 GUESTS IN THE HOME AT ANY ONE TIME. If the number of guests is more than 12, the renter will be fined $200 per extra person and will be removed from the property and lose their payment. Guests rental agreement may terminate if rule not abided by. No smoking, vaping or illegal drugs allowed. Quiet time is 11:00 pm to 7:00 am. PETS: Pets are not permitted. Guest shall be fined $500 per pet per night and face the risk of rental termination without refund. POWER OUTAGE: Please note, in case of power outage due to natural disasters, or storms, the home is not equipped with a generator. In that event, we are not responsible for finding other accommodations. If you wish to checkout we will reimburse you for unused nights. TRASH DISPOSAL: If staying on a Sunday night, kindly place all garbage bags in the garbage bins and roll them to the curb on Sunday afternoon for a very early pickup on Monday. Green bins are for household garbage. Blue bin is for recyclables, no bag needed. Gray is only for lawn, trees and shrubs. FORGOTTEN ITEMS: Any personal items or possessions that are left on the Property are not the responsibility of the Host. The Host shall make every reasonable effort to return the item to the Guest at the Guest’s expense. If claims are not made within the State’s required time period or two (2) weeks, whichever is shorter, the Host shall be able to discard said items. IDENTIFICATION: Guest is required to submit a government issued ID to host after booking is completed. If the Guest does not have a picture attached to their Airbnb profile, Guest will be required to submit a selfie as well that matches their ID. This helps verify that the Guest checking in is the Guest booking the reservation and using their credit card. RENTAL AGREEMENT: This property is for short-term rental purposes only and Guest does not establish residency. For stays over 27 days Guest is required to sign a separate rental agreement, go through a background check and pay a refundable deposit fee. Further verification of employment contracts and other proofs will be required. TAMPERING WITH PROPERTY SYSTEMS POLICY: For the safety and comfort of all guests, the following systems are essential and must NOT be tampered with under any circumstances: - WiFi network and devices - Alarm system - Security cameras - Environmental monitors - Carbon Monoxide detectors - Fire alarm detectors Disconnecting, covering, obstructing, resetting, altering or attempting to disable functionality violates the booking agreement and is grounds for termination of agreement without refund.
