Welcome to a unique super unit, a combination of a beach cottage and a cozy apartment with stunning marsh views in northeast Florida. Perfect for larger groups or families, this rental ensures an unforgettable stay. Other things to note Arrival: Check in is at 4pm but we will try our best to accommodate early check-ins, if possible.  Please note late check outs are not available. We will send you a text if your home is ready before 4pm. Your rental is supplied with linens and bath towels along with starter items for the first few days of your stay; several dishwasher pods, laundry pods, trash bags, one roll of paper towels, and two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom.  Beach towels and beach chairs are not provided.  Your rental is equipped with a coffee maker. We look forward to hosting you! Trash Day: We ask that you pull the trash can to the end of the driveway on Wednesday evening and back in on Thursday. Thank you for your help with this! The city is doing construction at the end of the road, but not on the property. Fire Pit: Guests are  welcome to use fire pit near the woods behind home, please do not use the fire pit or the grill close to the driveway. Departure: We strive to maintain our homes and keep everything in working order. If you noticed anything during your stay that needs attention in the home please let us know by texting our guest service number. We ask that you take all trash to the outside trash area, start the dishwasher, empty the fridge, and secure all the windows and doors upon departure. Our housekeeping team handles all of the laundry so there is no need to worry about washing linens or towels. It was a pleasure hosting you on Amelia Island!
