The space 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom Condo (2nd Floor): One (1) King Bed inside private bedroom, One (1) Queen Sleeper Sofa in the Living Room Outdoor Amenities: On-Site Oceanfront Community Pool; Communal BBQ Area; Adirondack Balcony Chairs with Side Table Guest access After the Rental Agreement is e-signed and the $250.00 security hold is scheduled, access instructions along with house rules will be emailed to the guest within three (3) days before arrival. Other things to note Booking guest must review and e-sign the property Rental Agreement before check-in. A $250.00 USD security hold will be separately pre-authorized on your credit card on file by Fun Coast Rentals one (1) day before arrival and will be released within two (2) days following departure, provided no damages are found at the property. For stays longer than 7 days, the security hold will be released and recaptured each 7 day period of your stay. Credit card information will be separately collected during the secure Rental Agreement e-signing process. Parking: Two (2) parking spaces per booking allowed (First Come, First Served). All parking is uncovered and provided free of charge. Parking on community lot requires provided fillable parking passes to be displayed on vehicle at all times or be subject to tow at vehicle owner's expense. RV's, trailers or oversized trucks of any kind are not permitted on premises.
