The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. We are 1/2 mile from I-75 but the home still feels in the county. Things you will love are one king bed and three queen beds. Large garage for outdoor shade of your vehicle. Walking up the ramp you come to screened in porch, laundry room, mudroom &kitchen. Back of home one king bedroom, two queens in one bedroom, another additional room with a queen bedroom by itself and a pull out sofa bed in living room. The space We love the home like feel of this property. The space just feels like you want to stay and enjoy all of the little touches that went into making this an enjoyable stay. Covered carport is helpful to get out of the weather and the ramp makes getting into the home a breeze. The large yard both front and back is nice with a few trees. While enjoying the yard you will notice we have no neighbors. Home to right of property is our Airbnb and to left our family owned restaurant Creekside Catfish only open two weekends a month. Happy to be close to common attractions such as fairgrounds eight minutes from us and Lanes orchard. We are also conveniently close to local shops in downtown Perry and yummy restaurants.
