Guest access Guest have access to the whole house with exception to the one locked owner's closet. Other things to note House is located in beautiful, laid back Gilchrist, just 10 mins from Crystal Beach on the Bolivar Peninsula. Please note if you plan to travel to Galveston Island, please allow time to travel across the ferry which is approximately 30 minutes away from the house, however, the wait time to get on the ferry can be from an hour to several hours, depending on the time of day and time of year. Summer hours has been known to be several hours, so please plan accordingly!!! Crystal Beach is just 10 minutes away and has lots of restaurants, mini golf, fishing tours & lots of fun activities for the whole family!! We provide beach towels and family games as well as a charcoal pit (bring your own charcoal).
