We have a beautiful outdoor patio for entertaining to enjoy the sights and sounds of nature around you. Guests enjoy the local ski resorts, golf courses, hiking, fishing, boating, kayaking, and other outdoor adventures. BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS *Queen bed in private master bedroom. *Queen bed in upstairs loft. *Queen sleeper sofa in living room. *Full bath available on the first floor with shower and vanity. *Half bath available on the second floor loft. KITCHEN AND LIVING AREAS *The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook if you prefer to stay in rather than eating at one of the many fabulous local dining establishments. *All major appliances available. *Keurig coffee with starter K cups available. *Smart TVs located in living room and master bedroom with ability to stream your favorite shows and movies. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home with the exception of a locked owner's shed in the backyard. Other things to note *Additional owner rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in separate from booking platform. *This is a completely smoke-free (pipe, tobacco, vape, etc) and drug-free unit and is limited to 6 guests. Any violation of these rules will result in termination of your rental agreement and additional fees. *Linens and bath towels are supplied for each bed and MUST stay in the condo. Renter will be charged for any missing or damaged towels or linens. *A basic starter pack of toilet paper for each bathroom, a roll of paper towels, two trash bags, and dish soap is provided at check in. You will need to supply any additional products beyond the starter pack. *There is a stackable washer/dryer available for your use in the unit. There is some detergent available, but feel free to bring your own brand. *There is a front door doorbell camera active on the property facing outward as well as front yard and backyard cameras. All cameras are motion activated and record both video and audio. Any tampering with the cameras including covering, blocking, or disabling them is terms for immediate termination of your reservation. *Deactivation of Wi-Fi (modem and/or router) may lead to immediate termination of the rental. *There is a $50 replacement fee per remote. There are remotes for each TV.
