The registered guest must be on-site for the entire stay and is accountable for all occupants. -Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the unit and in all nearby areas, including patios and balconies. Any evidence will result in a $500 cleaning fee. -Please note this is a pet-free home. -A starter supply of essentials is provided for the first 24 hours, including paper goods and basic cleaning items.
