The SITTING AREA features a large sofa and a Smart TV, plus floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that give access to the PRIVATE BALCONY. The KITCHEN has all the necessary appliances, cookware, and dishware to prepare meals at home, plus lots of counter space for easy meal prep and a dishwasher for a quick clean-up. The DINING TABLE can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests for sit-down meals, and the BREAKFAST BAR offers additional seating and can serve as a laptop-friendly workspace if needed. 3 BEDROOMS and 3 BATHROOMS to accommodate up to 6 guests as such: Bedroom 1: King bed, ensuite full bath, balcony access Bedroom 2: 2 Double beds, ensuite full bath, balcony access Bedroom 3: Double bed, ensuite full bath Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the apartment and all the condo's amenities, such us beach access, pool, snack bar, cinema, gym, spa, pickleball court and rec room. Other things to note As part of the condominium's sustainability measures 50kw are included daily on your stay. Please now that there is a charge of $6 MXN per KW extra. Late check-in after 9 pm is available upon request for $500 MXN. Your ETA & IDs (mandatory) should be sent to us within at least a week prior to your check-in date or upon booking confirmation. Daily housekeeping is not included but can be requested at an additional charge. For stays of 7 nights or more, a mandatory weekly cleaning service will be scheduled and charged separately. A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. Please make sure you read all the properties rules.
