Your slice of paradise awaits in this exclusive getaway The space POOL/JACUZZI USE: **Heated pool/jacuzzi is available for additional fees.** Pool/Jacuzzi heating control will be activated once fee is paid and can be manually operated by guests. Instructions to turn it on will be provided. The pool needs 6-8 hours to heat up. Jacuzzi can be heated in an hour or so. -March to October at $125 per day, -November to February at $150 per day, with a minimum requirement of 2 days. SPA/MASSAGE SERVICE: - We can set up a Spa Station upon request. This service is provided by independent professionals, we can assist you with making a reservation. THE HOUSE -Master Upstairs Bedroom - King Sized Bed and Queen sofa bed. Large Ensuite Shower & Jacuzzi tub, Huge walk-in closet. - Bedroom 2: Downstair Master bedroom - King Sized Bed and Queen sofa bed. - Bedroom 3: Upstairs Bedroom- 4 Twins beds (2x2 beds stacked) - Bedroom 4 - Downstairs bedrooms: bunk bed with 1 Twin bed and 1 Full bed. There are a couple of private, locked storage closets inside the home as well as no access to the garage. There are a total 5 parking spots on the driveway. Our maintenance team (gardeners, pool tech, house maids, etc...) may access the outdoor areas of the property or the garage without advance notice. However, we will ensure to inform you before entering any indoor spaces, except in emergency situations. Please note that the outdoor areas are considered shared spaces in Airbnb speak. Other things to note * Zero Tolerance: Noise disturbances, over occupancy, or parties will result in immediate eviction with no refund. Adult groups require pre-approval. * No parties/large gatherings. Max occupancy: 12. * Quiet Hours: 10 PM - 8 AM (city ordinance). No outdoor DJs/speakers (small portable speakers at low volume allowed during non quiet hours). * Due to neighboring peacocks, expect occasional noise (mostly in the summer months.) *Surveillance: Cameras, Smokes and Noise Decibel Detectors monitor all areas outside/around of the house. Pool camera is off during the day and may be on after 10 PM to monitor noise violation at the pool. * Age Restriction: 25+ to book; account holder must be present at check-in. No 3rd party bookings. * Parking: No commercial vehicles (RVs, semis, etc.). * Fines: Moving furniture ($125+), trash in pool ($125+), noise/over occupancy/parties ($500+ up to 3x rental amount), smoking inside ($300+), pets ($500). * Smoking: Permitted in the backyard only. * Amenities: Provided but may show wear. Starter kit provided; guests responsible for replenishing. No compensation for amenity outages. * Minors: Under 21 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. * Trash: Guests responsible for bagging and disposing of trash. * Kitchen Disposal: Liquids only. * Housekeeping: Departure cleaning only (daily service available for an extra fee). * Lost Items: No responsibility for lost items; unclaimed items discarded after 30 days. * HVAC: Set AC no lower than 68°F and heat no higher than 78°F; fan on "Auto"; keep doors/windows closed. No refunds for HVAC malfunctions.
