Make memories at this unique, family-friendly place. One of Southwest Michigan's best lakes. Located on a quiet cove of the big lake, it is walking distance to the grocery & 2 restaurants/taverns. This is a 2 level home on the lake, w/pier. AND lots of steps! 21 down to cabin, 12 between floors & 21 down to the water. Canoe, Paddleboat and of course, life jackets are provided. Easy access from IN Toll Road. 35 minutes to Notre Dame, 4 Winds Casino & Shipshewana. 1 hr. to IN Dunes. The space 3 Bedrooms & a hide-a bed in lower level family room. 2 Baths, showers only. Spiral staircase between floors. Home is not handicap accessible & has MANY steps. Fishing is best on "Little Baldwin" right off our pier. Larger portion of the lake "Big Baldwin" is generally busy during peak season with jet skis and pontoon boats. Guest access Entire cottage Other things to note Please be respectful as there are neighbors on both sides. No loud parties, no pets, no smoking indoors. (Sound carries well across water)
