This newly built home offers a blend of comfort and luxury, making it an ideal retreat for families, friends, or couples seeking a memorable escape. With three spacious bedrooms and two and a half modern bathrooms, Cozy Blue comfortably accommodates up to eight guests, ensuring everyone has their own sanctuary to unwind. The space Amenities and activities Dive into relaxation with our indoor, year-round heated pool and hot tub, providing a soothing retreat regardless of the season. During the warmer months, guests take a refreshing dip in our outdoor summer pool or walk 10 minutes to Newcome beach and bask in the sun. We provide a beach cart, a canopy, and 4 chairs for our guests. The Kal-Haven trailhead is a 6-minute bike ride away. We provide 4 bikes for our guests. More can be rented from the resort community clubhouse including golf carts and a variety of boats/watercrafts. Kitchen and dining Inside the home, you will find a well-appointed kitchen equipped with all the essentials for cooking and dining, making it easy to enjoy home-cooked meals even while on vacation. Start the day with a cup of coffee using our coffee maker and/or Keurig machines. Love to cook? We have pots & pans, utensils, bakeware, air fryer, food processor, blender, oven, gas+charcoal grill, and more.
