Private Party Dock: The single-slip dock is perfect for lounging, fishing, or simply soaking in the scenery. Bring your boat—there are cleats for easy tie-up, and our boat is stored in the slip. Room for Everyone: Spacious living areas, a fully stocked chef's kitchen, and a basement with its own kitchen and media room mean there's always space to relax or entertain. Max of 3 Cars in the Driveway: no street or grass parking allowed. Main Floor: A king master suite with walk-out access to the patio and a luxurious en suite with a soaker tub and separate shower. The chef's kitchen is perfect for preparing large family meals or enjoying takeout from nearby restaurants. The living room offers plenty of seating for family game nights or cozy gatherings. Step outside to the patio for dining al fresco with stunning water views. Second Floor: A kids' room with twin-over-full bunk beds and a double bed. A teen bedroom with a queen bed and futon, offering a comfortable retreat for older kids. A shared full bathroom. Basement: A separate living area with a wet bar (fridge, dishwasher, and microwave) for drinks and snacks. Enjoy friendly competition at the shuffleboard table or unleash your creativity on the chalk wall. A media room is perfect for family movie nights. A king bedroom with walk-out access to the ground-level patio and an adjacent full bathroom. Outdoor Fun: Kayaks are available for guest use, and a wagon we provide makes it easy to transport them to the dock. (Please bring your own life jackets.) Our digital guidebook (sent upon booking) has recommendations for discounted boat and jet ski rentals. Quiet hours are from 11 pm to 7 am, as we are in a peaceful residential neighborhood. A maximum of 3 cars are allowed in the driveway, and no street parking is permitted. No fireworks, firearms, or explosives allowed on the property, as per federal law. This is the perfect place for family vacations, peaceful getaways, or quality time with friends. Guest access You will have the whole house and dock. Owners do store their boat at the dock but there is still plenty of room for your boat. Owners stay frequently so there are some personal items. Please respect locked cabinets and doors. Thank you Other things to note We don't believe in long check out cleaning lists as you pay a fee for that so we post them here to prevent surprises. The digital guidebook will have how to info for the workings of things in the house and also a copy of check out info. Outside is not covered under cleaning fee so please return kayaks with paddles to the house and remove any trash from the dock and patio areas. Please be courteous to next guest and clean the grill and patio areas. Bag all trash including fridge food and put in the bins outside. Bins must be taken to the road for pick up. It is okay to leave them there. Trash pick up is Friday. Start the dishwasher. Turn off lights. Check to be sure you got all items. Please let us know you have left. Thanks.
