When you walk in from the driveway through the rear door of this one-story bungalow, you will enter the covered back porch which will lead you to the kitchen, followed by the dining/living area in the front. The two bedrooms will be conveniently on your left-hand side furnished with 12-inch cooling memory foam mattresses and blackout curtains. The space We have a wonderful, heated front porch with a couple of chairs and a small table where you can enjoy your coffee or a book in the morning. We are 4 miles from general MSU game parking and 10 minutes to MSU’s campus. We are about a mile or so from I-496 which can get you anywhere within Lansing easily, including only 15 minutes to the Ultium plant. The laundry is in the basement. The basement is a "Michigan basement" meaning it was added after the house was originally built. Parts of the basement are only 5'10"ish tall.
