This 2000 square foot stunning 2-bedroom, 3-bath, 2 family room home offers some of the best views of Shasta Lake from its two large shaded decks. Just a short walk or drive from the boat ramp & marina, this home supports up to 12 guests (6 adults max) & features a modern kitchen, air conditioning, a BBQ, gas firepit, & patio table. With ample parking, & pet-friendly accommodations, Retreat 18 is perfect for your next family gathering or group vacation. No better view on the lake The space Entire home and yard. Not shared. Guest access The entire home is yours. No shared areas. The guest will enter via a special code. Other things to note Book early as our returning guests book 9-18 months in advance for the popular summer months. Great year round with lower prices during the winter season. If interested in additional homes, please let us know as we have a total of 18 homes supporting up to 220 guests. Rental Agreement and security deposit Required. Sent after booking for your review. This is a great house for family and friends to enjoy, but loud parties will not be tolerated as sound carries. IMPORTANT: We are firm on the max number of guests IMPORTANT ON DOGS: We will allow up to two very well behaved dogs but we do charge $95 per dog. These dogs must be well trained, not puppies and are never let on the furniture or beds. They must never be left alone in the house unless they are crated. Owner must clean up after them. Bringing a pet that is not approved by us and paid for will result in a $500 pet fee. Sorry no cats allowed. *IMPORTANT: Lake level varies which can change the views from house and access to lake, marina, and boat ramps will vary depending on lake level. Although most of our guests still have a great time at any water level, we want to make sure you understand the dynamics of this reservoir. The lake may or may not fill up any given year but we will keep guests posted as we always do and offer a full refund up to 60 days before arrival. Although rare, if the lake drops below 140' down, this starts to impact the availability of local boat ramp and marinas requiring travel to another part of the lake.
