The home is a short ride to downtown Carolina Beach where you can enjoy local food and attractions. This beach house is the perfect escape whether you’re with family or friends. The space This meticulously designed three-bedroom, three and a half bath townhouse can sleep up to 8 people. The home also features private elevator reaching to all floors. Each bedroom is elegantly appointed with comfortable Tuft and Needle mattresses, ample storage, and a bathroom, ensuring everyone in your group has a relaxing and comfortable stay. Towels and linens are provided. The space itself is elegantly finished, providing a luxurious retreat after a day of exploring, it has all of the amenities expected including: * First floor: - Carport and garage that fit up to 2 cars - The garage is equipped with a Level2 E charger for electric/hybrid cars. We also have some beach gears (beach cart, toys, shades, etc.) stored in the garage available for guests to use. Please make sure you put them back where they are and keep the garage organized for the next guests. - A charcoal grill is provided, please clean up after use. - Outdoor shower on the left side of the unit to rinse off the day - Elevator Access - Bedroom with a king-sized bed -Hallway full bathroom with walk-in shower and double vanity * Secound floor: - Elevator Access - Master bedroom with a king-sized bed, en-suite bathroom with walk-in tiled shower and double vanity for added luxury and convenience. Also, includes a private balcony - Bunk room for the kids with 2 twin over twin bunk beds - Hallway full bathroom with tub/shower combination - Laundry room equipped large capacity washer and dryer * Top floor: - Elevator Access - Fully furnished spacious open plan living and dining space - Savor the stunning sunsets and ocean vistas from your private balcony - Fully equipped kitchen opens up into a spacious, natural light filled living and dining space. Plenty of counter space and seating, and all the cookware and utensils you need to prepare delicious meals for your group - Smart Tv - Stay connected and entertained with free Wi-Fi - Spacious playing area for children with books and games - Central air conditioning - Half bathroom Guest access Guests have full access to the entire unit. Keyless Entry- Guests will be provided a door code for entry prior to arrival. You will be able to park up to 2 cars in the carport and the garage. The neighborhood also has additional parking spaces for guests across the pool. The community pool is open from dawn until dusk from Apr 15th to October 31st. Other things to note We highly recommend that guests purchase trip insurance through Airbnb or a 3rd party company. This can provide protection in the event of bad weather or any other issue beyond the host's control. We ask that you take care of the home as if it were your own. We hope to provide a great space for all guests to unwind and relax during their time here! Families and children of all ages are very welcome but the house is not “child proofed” so you must ensure your own child’s safety. To avoid expensive cleaning charges and to be kind to the environment, we ask that you do not use glitter or confetti in the house. ***Visitors - If you wish to have visitors over, that is any person not on the original booking, then you need to advise us through the platform and this is subject to approval. - No visitor is allowed on the property after 10pm, any person wishing to stay after 10pm will be chargeable at the extra guest rate. - The number of guests and visitors must not surpass the occupancy level for the property.
