The rest of the unit is normal height** **This neighborhood is very quiet and tucked away off the highway. All neighbors have been in their houses for a very long time. For this reason, we do not allow parties or gatherings. The maximum number of guests is all that is allowed at any given time and any person sleeping must be accounted for in your booking. Quiet hours begin at 9pm. After this time all noise must be contained within the house. ** SMOKING OF ANY KIND IS STRICTLY PROHIBBITED INSIDE!!! We have locations outside and away from the entries where smoking is allowed. An automatic $150 extra cleaning fee will apply if there is any evidence of smoking inside. This includes, but not limited to ashes, butts, smell, or obvious attempts to cover up smoking. LOCAL INSECT DISCLOSURE: We feel very silly to have to include this in our listing, but this is one of those cases where a single incident causes a warning issued to all: Insects, arachnids, and bugs are common in the Midwest. Some you may see include flies, mosquitos, bees or wasps, spiders, ticks, ants, and a plethora of other common creepy crawlies. Sometimes these creatures get inside through no fault of ours or yours. Please keep in mind that we do quarterly treatments on all our properties, and should one of these bugs venture inside we do not take responsibility.
