Guest access During your stay, you are welcome to make full use of the home, including the tranquil backyard, welcoming front porch, and relaxing back deck. These spaces are all yours to enjoy! Please be aware that the basement and garage are private areas and are excluded from the rental space. Other things to note Please note we are in Salem, NH and Salem, MA is a quick 45 minute drive away. Pets are welcome for a $100 per pet fee. TV's are smart tvs but do not have traditional cable, feel free to log in with your passwords to your favorite streaming services or your cable company's steaming option. Camera Disclosure We would like to disclose that there are 2 external cameras installed on the outside doors. These cameras are in place to monitor the exterior of the property and are intended to provide an additional layer of security for our guests. The cameras record both video and sound, but only in the exterior areas of the property. Please note that the cameras do not record any footage inside the property, and we respect our guests' privacy at all times. The footage from these cameras will only be used for security purposes or in the event of an incident.
