Please note: Outdoor amenities such as the backyard and hot tub are shared with guests staying in the other unit. PARKING - 2 parking slots are available.If guests bring more vehicles than the allotted parking spaces, guests will need to use metered parking nearby. Other things to note 🏡 General House Rules 🚭 No smoking and no recreational or illegal drug use anywhere on the property. 🤫 Please keep noise levels reasonable in all outdoor areas after 9:00 PM. Quiet hours are strictly enforced to ensure a peaceful experience for everyone. 🎉 Parties & Events -Parties are not allowed under any circumstances unless prior notice and explicit permission is given. This includes family gatherings, large birthdays, or other significant events. All must be cleared by the host before booking. 👥 Extra Guests - All additional guests must be approved in advance. Unauthorized guests may result in an additional charge—or, depending on the situation, immediate removal of all guests from the property without a refund. 🐾 Pet Rules All pets must be approved in advance. 🐶 $70 cleaning fee for the first pet. 🐕 Each additional pet (up to 2) = 50% of that fee. 🧽 Additional charges may apply for damage or rule violations. 📺 Smart TVs All TVs are streaming-ready. Simply log into your own account and don’t forget to log out before check-out! 🛁 Hot Tub Rules 🚿 Rinse off sand, lotion, or tanning oils in the outdoor shower before entering. ⚠️ Use at your own risk – we are not responsible for accidents or injuries. 🚫 No glass in or around the hot tub. 👙 Swimsuits required at all times – clothing is not optional. 🧒 Children must be supervised at all times and follow the same rules. 🌡️ Do not exceed 104°F. 🌀 Turn off jets and close the lid after each use. ❌ Do not sit, lie, or stand on the lid. 🏊 No jumping or diving into the hot tub. 🚗Parking: Guests may park in the stone/gravel parking lot (soon to be paved). Please do not park on the grass—it's costly to maintain, and we ask for your help in keeping it in good condition. 🗑️ Garbage & ♻️ Recycling: Trash and recycling bins are located on the side of the house. Before departure, please make sure all garbage is bagged and placed in the appropriate bins.
