We have plenty of space for an enjoyable, relaxing getaway from city life on the Long Island Sound at Old Colony Beach - a Private beach association. Your stay with us gives you access to Old Colony Beach. We are one block away from Soundview Beach - America’s First Public Beach, established in 1892, is a 100-foot section of public beach, located at the end of Hartford and Swan Avenues. The beach is open from 9am to 8pm. No need to worry about packing too much, as our apartment comes fully equipped with linens, bath towels, coffee/tea. We also provide high-speed Wi-Fi Roku TVs for your entertainment needs and direct access the water 1 block from the apartment. Take an evening stroll along the beach and enjoy all that the easter shore has to offer. The kitchen features a microwave, coffee maker, cooktop with oven and everything you need for a home cooked meal. The bedrooms has room darkening shades, wireless phone chargers and super hi-speed internet. It is a quiet, residential neighborhood 300 feet from the beach! Other things to note Our property is ideal for a peaceful relaxing stay and is centrally located for exploring the local beaches. Parties, gatherings, or celebrations that create excessive noise are not allowed at this property. Please be mindful of noise past 10 p.m. due to the proximity of our neighbors and that the noise easily amplifies. Smoking. Our home is non-smoking OF ANY KIND! If it is found that there was smoking in the home, it will result in an additional cleaning charge of $500. Evidence can include physical or smell and is at iUgo's discretion. Alcoholic consumption IS PROHIBITED for any guest(s) under the age of 21. Lawn Care. We have a professional landscaper who comes on a scheduled basis. It should not disrupt your visit but know it will occasionally occur when guests are present. Please deposit all trash & recycling in the cans on site.
