A back-up generator with automatic transfer switch is available to ensure seamless transition from utility power to back-up power during an outage. The space The three bedrooms and downstairs sitting room are fully air-conditioned. The 3 bedrooms include: 1 queen sized bed and 2 double beds. All bedrooms include adequate closet space. The property includes 2 smart TVs that provide a wide variety of steaming content, including movies, sports, news, TV series etc. Free parking is available for 2 vehicles. Guest access Guests will have private access to the property and yard space, including outdoor furniture and verandah on the top flat. The following rooms of this 2-level house are accessible to guests: 3 fully air-conditioned bedrooms with blackout curtains; 2 full bathrooms (one co-shared as a laundry room); 2 sitting rooms; dining room and full kitchen. Some appliances available for convenience include: gas stove, microwave, toaster, electric and stove top kettles, blender, water dispenser, rice cooker. Hot water is available in both showers. A study room is available for the convenience of dedicated workspace. Please note that a fourth bedroom on the top level of the house is locked and inaccessible to guests as this room is reserved for use by the property owner when in Guyana.
