Highlights of Our Property: ⭐Dine under the stars on our spacious deck, complete with a two-person swing and gas grill. ⭐ Check-out at 11 AM ⭐ Hot Tub Access (Registered Guests Only): Enjoy our luxurious Hot Spring Flair hot tub, perfect for unwinding after a busy day. The hot tub is available October-April however advance notice is required if you’d like to use it during your stay. Heating and maintaining the hot tub takes time and energy, so please let us know before arrival if you plan to use it. Access instructions and usage rules are outlined in the Welcome Manual. ⭐️ Peaceful Bedrooms: Located in a tranquil setting, our house has three well-decorated bedrooms, each equipped with a 55-inch wall-mounted TV, a digital alarm clock offering wireless charging, five white noise options, a three-color night light, and ceiling fans for added comfort. Upstairs bedrooms feature large king-size beds with ceiling fans and an adjoining bathroom, while the ground floor bedroom has a king-size bed near a bay window letting in natural light. Additional sleeping futons are situated between the kitchen and the screened porch. ⭐ Ideal Location: The Bell House is just two minutes from Wards Road, the primary business thoroughfare, where you’ll find CVS, Walgreens, Kroger, and more. It’s highly convenient for all colleges in the Lynchburg area, including Liberty University, which is only 6 miles away, a quick 7-minute drive. ⭐ Cozy Living Areas: The front of the house features a relaxing seating area. The screened porch at the back is equipped with comfortable seats, LED lighting, and a selfie wall with a pink "love" sign that lights up at the push of a button. ⭐ Well-Equipped Kitchen: Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances, spices, baking essentials, a water kettle, and an outstanding coffee station. The coffee station includes a starter kit with K-Cups, ground coffee varieties, cappuccino mix, sweeteners, syrups, hot chocolate, teas, and more. ⭐ Outdoor Features: A spacious deck offers a gas grill, a two-person swing, and a large dining table with an umbrella for outdoor meals. The relocated firepit area includes chairs with cup/phone holders, and a stainless-steel hot dog and sausage holder. ⭐ Stunning Views: From the house, deck, and screened porch, enjoy breathtaking views of the Liberty University monogram on Liberty Mountain, beautifully illuminated each evening. ⭐ Safety and Security: The outdoor areas are equipped with motion-activated security cameras for your safety. Recorded footage can be accessed in case of emergencies. Guest Access: Guests are invited to fully access the house, encompassing all indoor and outdoor spaces, except the basement, shed, and secured closets. Guest access Guests have full access to all indoor and outdoor areas, including the screened porch, deck, and firepit area. Restricted areas include the basement, shed, and secured closets. Other things to note To ensure your visit is safe and enjoyable, we ask guests to follow these guidelines: Hot Tub for our registered guests: Unwind in our luxurious Hot Spring Flair saltwater hot tub. If you’d like to use it, please inform us in advance. Please follow the rules displayed on the sign and welcome guide in the house. Avoid using self-tanners or skin products, as they can cause damage that requires professional cleaning. If deep cleaning is necessary, a $100 to $150 fee may apply to cover the restoration costs. Late Checkout Option: Need extra time before departure? We’re happy to offer early check-in or late checkout for just $30 per hour, available upon request and with prior approval. Payment will be securely handled through Airbnb once confirmed, making the process simple and convenient. For full details, please refer to the Guest Book provided in the home. Unfortunately, we are not pet-friendly due to severe allergies. Please ensure that the number of guests matches your reservation. Our base rate covers up to 6 guests. For each additional guest beyond 6, there is a $20 per night fee. For safety and insurance reasons, only registered guests are permitted on the property during your stay. Outside visitors or unregistered guests are not allowed without prior host approval. We kindly ask that you help us keep the space peaceful and secure for everyone: Noise: Please keep noise levels down between 11 PM and 7 AM to respect our neighbors. Note that there may be occasional noise from the train. Shoes: To keep our home clean and comfortable for all guests, we kindly ask that shoes be removed before entering the bedrooms. Illegal Activities: Strictly prohibited. Air Conditioning: The main floor has central HVAC, while upstairs bedrooms have mini-split systems. Both bedrooms must use the same mode (either cooling or heating), as the outdoor unit supports only one mode at a time. Using different modes may trip the fuse. Please keep the thermostat above 68°F and below 73°F to conserve energy. Washer and Dryer: These are not available for guest use. Emergency Exits: In an emergency, you may exit through the front or back doors. The kitchen provides direct access to the screened porch and deck via the back door. Refunds: While we aim to ensure your stay is comfortable, refunds cannot be issued for minor issues like inclement weather, late arrivals, or early departures.
