Our spacious family 2 bedr/2 bath 2nd floor floor condo that has all tile.fllors & assured super clean. Just 1 short block from the beach. Great pool for lounging or tiring out the kiddos * Open & Modern fully equipped kitchen for easy family meals * Master bedr has en suite full bath & private balcony. 2nd bedr has full size bed + 2Twin bunks.- living room w/pull out couch * Superb walkable location to dozens of bars & restaurants Please read & agree to all house rules prior to booking We provide a door code by 3 pm to the number on file on the reservation via text message provided your have E signed the rental agreement along with attached a photo of your picture ID. Our City of South Padre Island Short Term Rental License is available upon request Please - we re state for the 17th time LOL read all house rules prior to booking & arrival so you have a great experience! If under 25, additional damage deposit is required if at all allowed. You MUST inquire if not 25 The maximum amount of guests indicated is the absolute maximum. We count infants (children under 2) as guests. In other words infants count on your total amount of guests allowed, no exceptions. The primary guest must check in and accompany guests. Subletting is strictly prohibited. One of the beds counted is an airbed we provide with pump. Please bring bedding if you plan on using Property is professionally managed locally by South Padre Island Trips at 2600 padre Blvd 78597 - our office is open 9 am to 5 pm seven days a week of you should need anything. No Smoking * No Parties * No Exceptions Loud noises are NEVER permitted including music. Complex quiet time is 10 pm to 9 am. Pool is open 8 am to 9:00 pm including out door hot tub Check in is 3 pm. Check out is 11 a.m. Our rental includes a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps and dishwasher pods - it is not unlimited nor replenished. For stays more than 2 nights you may want to bring more we do not re supply. Max 2 cars for parking. Additional free parking is available at the inter Modal bus station or at the post office on the Island. A golf cart is considered a vehicle FYI No pets - if you do not disclose you would be evicted without refund :( Unauthorized / non registered guests are NOT allowed. Max of 8 guests in condo allowed per HOA. Get togethers NOT allowed nor unregistered guests in pool area. Property quiet time is 10 pm to 9 am. Loud noises are not allowed at any time including music. BBQing on property is not allowed unless otherwise noted. Pool is open 9 am to 9 pm At check out, you must ' turn the thermostat to 78 degrees put all dirty dishes in dishwasher and turn on, take all trash in unit out to dumpster.
