Gorgeous lake getaway only 7 miles from Rocker B! This brand new 3 bed, 2 bath vacation rental is just steps from the shore of Possum Kingdom lake. With a stocked kitchen, covered patio & bbq grill, games for all ages, fenced yard and boat parking, all you need is a readiness to relax. After a day of fun in the sun, spend the starlit hours making s'mores by the fire pit, soaking in the hot tub while listening to the lake waves, or watching amazing sunsets while lounging on the boat dock. The space The large fenced yard is perfect for small children and/or pets. The back yard is quiet and private, with a good view to the lake. Access to the lake and boat dock is through the backyard and past the fire pit. Guest access The entire home, back yard, hot tub and fire pit area is exclusive to the guests. The boat dock is shared with the front home and guests have 24 hr access to everything on the dock except the motorized equipment. Other things to note The home can sleep up to 10. 1 King bedroom, 2 Queen bedrooms, 1 queen tempurdedic mattress and 2 chairs that fold into small twin beds. LIving room is large and can easily hold the queen and 2 twin sleeping beds.
