After exploring nearby trails and attractions, you return for a soak in the hot tub, laughter echoing from the game room as evening sets in. Indoors and out, this lake house creates space for connection in every season. Sleeping arrangements Designed to comfortably host 10 guests, the home offers 3 bedrooms, 6 beds, and 2 baths. Each bedroom includes fresh bed linens, and the bathrooms are stocked with bathroom essentials. A Pack ’n play/Travel crib is available upon request, making it easy to travel with little ones. The single level home layout - with no stairs - offers convenience for guests of all ages. Entertainment and gathering spaces The spacious living area features a 75 inch HDTV and Bluetooth sound system for movie nights or streaming your favorite playlists. In the game room, you’ll find a pool table, ping pong table, arcade games, poker table, darts, Nintendo Switch, and board games - plenty to keep everyone entertained during cooler Pocono evenings. Central heating and ceiling fans maintain comfort year-round. Outdoor living Step outside to enjoy the crisp mountain air from the large deck. The private hot tub - available all year and open 24 hours - offers a relaxing retreat after a day at Camelback, Kalahari, or Bushkill Falls. A gas fire pit and private BBQ grill - gas - create a welcoming space for gathering outdoors. Guests also have access to a kayak and can enjoy shared beach access and lake access within the community. Kitchen and dining The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals at home, complete with a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, gas stove, single oven, coffee maker - drip coffee maker and Nespresso - hot water kettle, blender, toaster, baking sheet, and dining table for shared meals. Whether you're cooking breakfast before heading to Pocono Raceway or returning from Mount Airy Casino, everything you need is within reach. Community amenities Located in Pocono Farms, guests enjoy access to a shared pool - available seasonally from Jun to Sep - a shared gym nearby, and lake access. Please note that lake access may require an extra fee through the community. Water activities such as electric boating, kayaking, canoeing, and fishing are available within the neighborhood. Additional amenities Wifi, free washer - in unit, free dryer - in unit, and self check-in with a smart lock add convenience to your stay. The property is pet-friendly, and assistance animals are always allowed. For peace of mind, exterior security cameras are installed outside, and a noise decibel monitor is in place - it does not record conversations, only noise levels. Perfectly positioned near Camelback Ski Mountain, Big Boulder Park, Emerald Lakes, Jim Thorpe, white water rafting adventures, and more, this Tobyhanna retreat blends mountain serenity with indoor fun for families and groups year-round. Other things to note Each Booking will come with amenity badges. Which will allow for use of the community amenities. Which include kayak and paddle board rentals. For beach access 6 guest will be for free, any additional guest will be $10 per person. Damage Protection- $1500 of “all risk” damage protection coverage is included in your nightly rate. This protection is purchased in lieu of a security deposit. No security deposit required! . Fireworks are not allowed on the premises. Any violation of this rule will result in a fine ($1000) , eviction, and forfeiture of remaining nights. Please Park all vehicles in driveway as street parking is not allowed and will result in a $200 fine. Please note: While every effort is made to ensure the hot tub is in working condition, in the rare event of malfunction, a full refund is not guaranteed. We wall always do our best to address any issues promptly.
