Located in the heart of the West Side Art District and within walking distance of everything downtown Saratoga Springs has to offer. Fully remodeled in 2017 and with all new furnishings, this new apartment is ready for your summer getaway! Tucked away in the rear, upstairs of our art co-op property you'll find peace and privacy while being steps away from it all. The space Located in the rear, upstairs apartment of one of the primary art buildings in the district, the property is shared with 2 art studios/galleries. The yard and porch are shared during the day, but the artists tend to have regular business hours, so you'll have total privacy after dinnertime most days. The apartment has a private entrance and mudroom. We are in the heart of the Art's District, so there are bars, restaurants, shops, and galleries within a stones throw of the house. Live music across the street most Thurs - Sat nights, but the apartment tends to be fairly quiet. Very easy walk to Congress Park and Broadway. Nice walk to SPAC and Saratoga State Park Via Railroad Run walking/biking path. A short drive to the track! The house became one of the primary Art Buildings in the district around 2000. Since then, it's been the home to many makers and creators and was even a bike shop at one point! I've owned the building for ten years and it currently houses an art co-op and gallery as well as this art loft apartment. I manage, clean, and remodel the home myself, so I hope you will appreciate the additional level of care and effort put into the apartment. Every stay helps contribute to the preservation of the arts on Beekman as well as the upkeep to this tiny building we love so well! Guest access You'll have a private, off-street parking space, shared access to the yard and porch, and completely private use of our brand new art loft apartment. Other things to note There are stairs up to the apartment (3-4) to the deck and a full set to the upstairs apartment. We have most things you'd want for a baby or young child available upon request. We would be willing to host a small family of three.
