The space Luxury home on Lake Hartwell with beautiful sunrise and views of the lake. Close to Franklin County Boat Ramp and Tugaloo State Park Mega Ramp. The home includes 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a full kitchen, den, a great room with bar area called the Bulldawg room, large screened in porch and deck, fire pit deck, bbq grill area and steps to the lake. Large dock with boat slip, 2 paddle boards, floats and lots of chairs. Plenty of parking for cars. Boat trailer can be parked across the street by the building. Guest access The guest have access to the home except for the garage, 3 locked owner's closet and some locked cabinets. Other things to note - Adhere to speed limits coming into the neighborhood. It is one way in and one way out (take right past building to leave neighborhood). - Be mindful of our neighbors with checking in late or leaving early as well as your music and noise levels. - For boating, no wake area in our cove or close to any docks. GADNR does patrol the lake on a daily basis in the summer. They usually come by our cove around 3-4pm. - The US Army Corps of Engineers regulate Lake Hartwell.
