It's a benefit to our guests. The idea here is that you dedicate yourself to rest, so the cost of the person for cleaning and cooking is mandatory and is $110,000 per day for up to 10 guests. This amount is not included in the cost of the stay. For example, if you stay 3 days, 2 nights, the amount to be paid would be $330,000. This value must be paid directly to the support staff for their work at the start of the stay. From 10 guests onward, a second employee must be hired to pamper you properly and have the house cleaned and meals ready for you (the food supplies are provided by the guests). Our house with a private pool is spacious and cool with excellent natural light and views of a dream landscape, where you can rest and create wonderful memories with your family and friends. You will experience a home feeling where you will find: 3 spacious rooms, each one with its own private bathroom, a fourth single bed room, TV room that offers a cozy space to relax and also serves the sofa to be used as two single beds, pool with jacuzzi, BBQ and fire pit area, among other amenities. Additionally, you can work remotely. * For personal hygiene reasons, we do not have towels in the house, so please do not forget to bring your own. Guest access You can use the whole house except the master bedroom (5th bedroom) which is not rented. We highlight the open spaces of the living room, dining room and kitchen towards the pool area, which invite you to enjoy unforgettable moments together. You can also make use of the common spaces such as the 7-hole golf course or the tennis court, for an additional value. Other things to note For personal hygiene reasons, we do not have towels in the house, so please do not forget to bring your own. If you want to play tennis, it costs $50,000 per hour (subject to change by management without prior notice) If you want to play the 6 holes of Golf, it costs $70,000 for the circuit.
