It is centrally located 5 miles from Lake Degray and 2 miles from the Caddo River & lower lake access. It is only a short 35 min drive to Hot Springs and 55 min to the Crater of Diamonds State Park. The space When you enter the home you will find a large living room with electric reclining love seat, queen sofa bed, and Roku tv. Attached to that is the fully stocked kitchen. It has a long butcher block bar with 6 chairs. There is an abundance of dishes, spices, and cooking utensils. The downstairs master bedroom has a king size bed, Roku TV, ceiling fan, dimmable lighting, and a large walk-in closet. It has a nice size bathroom with a bidet, and a large walk-in shower with dual shower heads. The other downstairs bedroom has a king size bed, Roku tv, and a work desk with printer. Attached to it is a large bathroom with tub / shower and a large walk-in closet. Above that room is a large loft. It is accessible by climbing a ladder. When you first enter the loft there is a twin trundle bed on your right. The back of the loft is separated by shelves. In the back of the loft there is a king size bed and a Roku tv. Across the living room there is another loft that is accessible by climbing a ladder. It has a full-size bed and Roku tv. Out back you will find a large lighted deck with a table, chairs, and a grill. The back yard also has a privacy fence. Guest access Guests are welcome to use all of the property besides the storage building out back. Other things to note The upstairs loft rooms are only accessible by climbing a ladder. The lofts are open and are not a private area.
