Ample parking. 11 miles from Valley Forge, 35 miles from Philadelphia, 10 miles from the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center, 10 minutes from Marsh Creek, Phoenixville & Exton. 5 Min walk to Bryn Coed hiking trails. 45 minutes from Bear Creek for skiing. EV charging and kayaks available for fee. The space Split level home with two large great rooms for relaxing, both equipped with televisions. All bedrooms have TVs as well. The lower living area also has an air hockey table. Each bedroom has its own heating and cooling. There are 3 different grills outside for guest use. The house is five minutes walking distance from a 500 acre preserve with walking trails and a 10 minute walk to the historic village of yellow Springs. There are pellet and wood stoves on the middle and lower floors to make it extra cozy in the winter. Guest access The garage is not part of the rental Laundry access is available in owners basement upon request (keypad). Please respect all items the owner stores in basement and use laundry facilities only. There are fish in the pond. Please do not feed or disturb them. Other things to note We rarely ever get snow, however…If we do, the property is plowed and well salted. The driveway to the home is up a hill. Four-wheel-drive may be required in inclement weather during the rare snow or ice event. In addition to normal heating and cooling the home is equipped with a pellet stove and a woodstove for use on those chilly evenings or when you want to make it extra cozy. I’m happy to provide instructions for use of both should guest desire to use them. In the event of a power loss, we can hook up the house generator for you if we are in the area. This house is in the woods. There are lots of trees, leaves, etc. EV charging upon request for additional fee ($25 for unlimited charging per stay)
