The space This is a part of an exterior dwelling behind a house on the property. The Forest Retreat is an upstairs 1 bed/1bath apartment that shares a laundry facility with the downstairs unit. All entrances are private, but the Forest does have several stairs to access the unit. Guest access Guests have access to their unit as well as the laundry facility located on the ground floor, the code will be the same as your exterior door code. Please note, there are other units on this property, guests will have access to one driveway parking spot, however there is ample on-street parking in addition to the driveway space provided. Guests with pets will not have access to a fenced yard, but have grass/rock spots in front of the property.
