We have some off grid systems so please don’t expect the same level of amenities as you find in a city. We do not claim to be a five star hotel; this is a rural cabin in a natural setting. -Heat is radiant solar heat (details emailed before arrival), electric heat and woodstove. AC in summer is portable window units. - AT&T seems to have pretty good cell service while Verizon has been bad to none. We have Starlink WiFi but have no control over its effectiveness. - There is no trash pick up service out here so we ask that you take your trash with you when you leave. - No parties, no hunting or target shooting on the property
