This cottage is part of a small lake community with shared access to a beach. There is a swim raft, picnic tables and a very nice gradual beach that is excellent for small children. We are located 5 minutes from Wolfeboro by car. You can also walk or bike to town on the Cotton Valley Rail Trail. If it rains you can use the community Rec Hall which has ping pong and games and puzzles and a small library. The space One bedroom has a queen and the other has 2 twins. There is a convertible full size bed in the livingroom which is suitable for one adult or 2 small children.
