Refunds are not provided for underperformance due to weather. BBQ GRILL • The BBQ Grill will be clean and available for your convenience. To use it, you will need to refill the propane cylinder at the nearest retail store or propane refill station CLEANING & HOUSEKEEPING • The home is professionally cleaned before your arrival • Mid-stay cleanings available upon request (additional fee) • Pool is cleaned once per week, usually Mondays (may vary) STARTER SUPPLIES INCLUDED This is a self-catering home. We provide an initial supply of: • Bathroom: One toilet paper per bathroom, a garbage bag in the trash can, small-sized shampoo and conditioner • Kitchen: 2 garbage bags, sponge, dishwasher soap, paper towel • Laundry: 1 laundry detergent • Linens: 1 sheet set per bed, 1 towel per guest (up to house max occupancy) FOR BABIES • 1 Pack ‘n Play ADDITIONAL INFO • Check-in instructions sent 2 days before arrival • Early check-in or late check-out: $117 each, subject to availability • Only registered guests are permitted in the home • Pool tech may access exterior during stay (no entry to house) • For everyone’s safety and compliance with Florida law, parties, events, or any type of live performances are strictly prohibited. Any activity that may violate Florida law is not allowed on the property under any circumstances. Guest access Guest has access to the entire house, the private pool, and the clubhouse amenities. COMMUNITY STAY POLICY: Windsor Island Resort enforces a maximum stay of 120 days per guest within a calendar year. Even if a guest has multiple reservations in the community, the total combined stay may not exceed this limit. Other things to note CHECK-IN AND STAY: Two days before the guest's arrival, the voucher with check-in instructions will be sent. It is important to note that, during your stay in this vacation home, only those who will have access are the registered guests. SUPPLIES: This is a self-catering vacation home. Only the initial items will be available at the house. Guests must purchase any further items they'll consume or use during the stay.
